SS means special edition. It’s more like special illustration cards that comes with the novel volume where there’s a very short story written on their back. They are actually quite popular, you know those?

um hello I just realized that the western translated version left all this adorable ending/starting cards out and how dare they (there’s more)

I honestly don’t believe I’m the most reliable source for spoilers either and in fact, that’s why I always suffer to translate and quote in order to bring the facts as close as possible.

Considering that the western part have limited access, I know some people were looking forward to knowing what’s happening. That’s why I even bothered to spend a lot of time writing all those spoilers and if you don’t like where it’s heading don’t start blaming me. 

I never said geokata is canon for god’s sake the series is still ongoing. I just said he has the upper hand and always said it wide and clear that no one is confirmed endgame yet. I expressed my opinion at the end, and yes I think he’s endgame but that doesn’t makes him a one and it’s none of your business who I or JP ppl ship. Also, I have been asked mostly about geokata related scenes/ images as well as events that’s why I have talked the most about them. Please don’t make me regret sharing the scans or anything.

If you have a problem come and talk to me instead of talking nonsense behind my back you coward. I know the western part is dominated by mariakata for some reason and I’m not surprised yuri shippers are causing chaos. From my fandom experience I know all kinds of shippers are ugly when they are angry (like why are you even angry again ?). Ships have nothing to do with anything. Let it be Gerald or Maria endgame don’t let ship war controls you.

Keep also in mind that not just because a ship is popular it has to be an end game. Western hamehura fandom is almost totally different from the JP one. Which means the trends are also different. The series obviously cares about its homeland readers more than us so lets not make a drama.

She was trying to save him from dark magic but mistakenly claimed a fluffy dog called “ Pochi” who’s created from the dark magic that was cast on him and ever since then she’s getting more and more involved with dark magic. Especially since she joined the Ministery of magic and started to deal with cases where black magic is involved.

Before anything, I know that I also said she was falling for Gerald at some point, that’s not completely wrong if you reflect on all the events on volumes but however, it was never completely clearly said that Katarina’s indeed in love with Gerald. Mainly because Katarina’s dense and as a result, she will even be dense to her own feelings and even if she came to realize it she will still not believe it. Besides, that means almost the end of the series in my opinion so no. 

I’m honestly not sure which or what everyone is referring to by saying this exactly because so much happened but I believe the whole story started with this coming from Volume 6-7 and specifically this quote where Katarina was confessing to herself about her feelings towards Gerald:

「正直、まだ冗談じゃないかと思うことがある。だってどう考えてもジオルドに私では釣り合わない。それに、そもそも私は……」

“Even after eveything …. to be honest, there are times when I still think he’s joking. Because no matter how I look at it, I’m not a good match for Gerald. And besides, I’m also..“

Since her consciousness was pulled back before she could continue, what she was going to say was in the reader’s imagination. The true meaning of this is unknown.

Also, all along Katarina keeps on comparing herself to Maria and others, as well as never considering herself worthy of Gerald. Katarina’s dense and since those are Katarina’s feelings, we can only know for sure about her feelings from herself, that’s why I think it’s going the direction of everyone around her figuring her feelings out before herself.

Now, I can’t tell you how much screams this resulted in the fandom. Everyone was like “Geokata is canon?!! yess” or “Keith ma child no”.

However, almost everyone believes she’s in love with Gerald but too stupid to realize it. Therefore you can kind of feel how everyone is influencing the other. But at the end of the day, it’s not confirmed but only implied. I don’t believe that the rest of that sentence involves anything stupid because she was seriously for once reflecting on it and that was as a result of Gerald’s love-actions and since this is a contra sentence it’s heavily implied that the rest of the sentence is something like that she also loves him but can’t return his feelings because she’s a villainess so she decided to support his relationships with a better girl (mainly maria I guess, especially since her friends’ happiness is more important to her than being kicked out the country) and watch her friends happy in the shadow. Katarina still believes that love changes people and that the prince or anyone can’t fall in love with the villainess. Someone also told me Katarina doesn’t believe that she deserves happiness which adds salt to the wound dkjlkdsgfdkg

Anyway personally, I think it’s heavily hinted from the start and all over the series that Gerald x Katarina will be something (There’s also Keith x Katarina and Maria x Katarina but geokata are the most hinted if I compare), that’s why when I wrote my older spoiler posts I considered this as a start point from the author to reveal Katarina’s feelings slowly. In other words, I can understand why almost everyone in the fandom is assuming this.

In general, Katarina at the moment is just insecure and having many issues and stuff that she needs to deal with first before thinking about her love life.
