I totally agree! it’s refreshing to have new POVs other than mains but unfortunately, that doesn’t happen much. Of course, there are new characters introduced (like Caeser, or Min. of magic members ) and we get to read their POV sometimes but that’s it mostly.

My favorite moment? that’s a hard question. There are many cute scenes I adore. Being the Geotaka and Gerald fan I am, I find all their moments adorable and top favorite. Like please, who wouldn’t? it’s hilarious how literally everyone is trying to stop him from getting close to Katarina so it’s always funny with him around. A scene that I absolutely love is when Alan soaked Gerald with water to calm him down in vol.8 it’s just priceless. Volume 8 is actually my favorite at the moment, there’s character development for everyone and everyone is badass.

I really also like how Katarina talked to the princess ( who’s just a worried mother ) and I think if the princess knew what Kata told Gerald she would be happy I hope they meet again. Actually, I hope Kata do smth about that neet grandpa, would be absolutely hilarious to have a royal grandpa as part of the harem xD. In addition, there’s also a lot of amazing events with the ministry of magic. So yes, you see, I can’t decide.

Hey there, those are some really cute Geokata moments.

VOLUME 6 :

This image happened in the last chapter of Volume 6. In short, Gerald wanted for Katarina to sleepover at the castle after the party, but because everyone heard him inviting her they all came as well. Gerald’s plan to have some time alone failed because of Keith and the others. It ended up being on one side a girls sleepover party and on the other side a boys sleepover party.

it’s interesting that Katarina described it as best night ever and Keith as worst night ever xD

Everyone went home the next day. Gerald was walking in the castle thinking about some stuff ( Why Jeffery didn’t marry, Katarina’s wish.. ). In this volume, Gerald was feeling heavily tired. He saw Jeffery in the room he passed by, he started walking faster before he notices him because he’s too tired to deal with him ( and pissed off because he didn’t marry yet ).  He wished to see Katarina’s smile. In the middle of his thoughts, he started hearing her voice but thought it was his imagination because he just sent her back with Keith in the carriage.

To his surprise, it appeared that Katarina was trying to catch up to him. She was breathing heavily from running and eventually noticed her. He thought something was wrong and asked her what happened. She said the carriage didn’t go that far away so she jumped out and ran back because she forgot something. Then she tells him that she noticed how tired he was the past days so she gave him a teabag she grew in her field so he gets better. 

He was really moved by this so he hugged her. Katarina noticed his change of feelings and allowed him to hug her for as long as he can. Then after he pulled away to his biggest surprise she held his face and bought him close to her chest back into a hug as she said some wired words he didn’t understand. ( It’s smth like “pain, pain go away” ) She released him and he was all red that she asked him if he has a fever. He was all confused, embarrassed, and stiff.

It was really unpredictable that I was so stiff all over. Soon after, Katarina let go of me and said,  

 "Gerald-sama, it looks like a headache. So a little blessing to you"   

Why, how do you know that I have a headache … It is better to say this spell was the first time I heard … I was very confused and I didn’t know how to answer, I stopped thinking.

“Wow, Gerald-sama’s entire face is red! do you have a fever?”  

 Katarina, who reached out again said so, I answered without thinking:  

 "No, it’s fine. It really doesn’t matter.” In response, I subconsciously blocked my face with my hands and lowered my head.

I was so ashamed to be blushing in front of others like this, although it was not a big deal. 

 I kept thinking about mathematical formulas and other unimportant things, and finally calmed down. 

Honestly the fact that he thought about mathematical formulas to calm down is priceless. 

VOLUME 7, Chapter 2:

That’s a long story, basically, Katarina went lost in the castle in order because she was looking for her dog. She was with her maid Ann who went to Jerald to ask him to look after her together since Ann didn’t know the castle. On that day, Katarina didn’t inform Jerald that she’s coming because Keith told her that he’s busy ( Keith’s masterplan to keep her away from Jerald ) so Jerald was surprised. 

Anyway, Katarina ended up in “the deep side of the castle” in front of the room of Gerald’s grandfather ( or is it uncle ? I forgot ) She met there the former princess and learned more about Gerald’s past. The past he didn’t want to reveal till their wedding is decided at least. Not that it’s a secret since it’s known for the public but he didn’t like to talk about that person and he even considered it a weakness. 

There is a building deep in the castle, where almost no one is close. The place where the trees are standing in the sky and covering the sky is a bit dark during the day. When I was young, I always felt that there was some horror.

When I was in deep thought, Katarina lowered her eyebrows and said, “Is it really bad ? Not recognizing the former princess and talking to her so normally. “

Catalina couldn’t remember the face of other people’s appearance. So she was worried. I think it’s normal. So I told her it didn’t matter.

"Is that so! then what’s wrong? “ Her expression was more confused.

"wrong? what do you mean?”

“I think Gerald-sam’s looking very embarrassed …”

“Ah … so you noticed. “

Thank you for your message and no worries it’s my pleasure ❤ I hope the English translations are released faster so everyone can catch up. Indeed, Katarina is as dense and charming as ever. She does nothing but getting involved in troubles but that’s why we all love her.

About Geokata: Yup there’s absolutely progress (of some kind). I’m glad you asked, I ship these two with all my heart so it’s never boring to talk about them. Unfortunately, since Katarina realized Jeord/Gerald’s feelings in vol.4 she was getting busy with other stuff and cases that she didn’t think about it properly yet. 

It was revealed that Gerald and Ian couldn’t marry their fiancees because of Jeffery. If Gerald married Katarina before them, the people will be like “ The third prince seriously wants Fight for the throne “ as in inviting him without permission. Obviously, Jerald wants nothing to do with the throne for his sake ( find it annoying) and Katarina’s sake. Anyway, this fact may have changed due to Caeser’s warning in Volume8.

That is really very troublesome. If you are involved in a fight for the throne, there is no way to spend life happily with Katarina.

Even so, if it is Katarina’s wish, even if it is troublesome,I will fight for the throne, and it does not matter if I participates, but she wants to spend the rest of her life in a lower status than in a higher status Hold in royalty.

She is a character who whispers from time to time the idea that "want to become a farmer and go to farm” is something other young ladies would never even consider. He was planning to reveal this history to her when their wedding will be decided so he was always trying not to bring it up. Katarina being as lovely as ever accepted everything and Gerald blushed cutely at it. 

Then there was that time in Volume 6 with that embrace illustration. When Katarina was the only one to realize that Gerald was heavily tired so she wanted to help him somehow. After Gerald released her from his hug to his biggest surprise, she was the one to bring him back into a hug in which Gerald blushed heavily. Gerald swore after this to get her with both of his hands. Also, he called her very slow to fall in love which is true

Watching the carriage going away, I decided once again that I would get Katarina with both hands, no matter how many enemies I face.  

 I swear again. 

There are also all those little and big events in the volumes and then there’s volume 8. Mainly Gerald losing control over his emotions and almost killing someone because he thought something happened to Katarina. He was hurt to think that Katarina was scared of him or how his violent image will stay in her head forever. I think that’s the first time we see Gerald comparing himself to Nicol, Alan, and others. Being driven by his emotions without thinking. He calls himself the most stupid and imperfect. 

If Katarina didn’t met me at that time, I would not know what human emotions are. Until today, I found that I still have such intense feelings in my heart.

I thought that at any time, I could control my emotions very well, but for the first time I was stunned by emotions and became uncontrollable.

The royal family is prohibited from casting magic on anyone.

 This is something I have been taught since I was young. Until now, it has only been used in college courses. Nevertheless, I still want to use magic. And also wanted to hurt others, this is after entering the room as an intolerable behavior of the royal family, seeing Katarina’s tattered look, and the man waving his fist at her.

Alone in the room, Katarina and Jeord were both nervose with their own insecurities, Jerald wants to punish himself ” with the biggest punishment “ asked Katarina what she thought, but Katarina’s “Thank you for being angry for me” heald him. That’s when Gerald decided to change for the better.

In order that such things will never happen again in the future, I must control myself with a strong will, even if I am so stupid, I can be treated by her. Accepted, that kind of existence.

The woman in my arms made me feel very comfortable.

If Katarina was beside me, it would be fine. I think so. 

THEN

When they both went back to the party, Geo went to talk with Caser and Caeser whispered these words in Gerald’s ear.

I have a lot to say about this and it means but this is more likely a hint for the upcoming throne arc. Caeser said that Jeord and Katarina will definitely get involved in the throne fight because “ Even if the four parties want a peaceful and just decision, those political ambitions will certainly not stop there.” He just warned Jeord a little about it so he can realize his situation. However, Jeord can’t forget these words and it absolutely has a big effect on him.

Katarina on her side is also getting involved more and more in the problems around neighbor countries and black magic. I didn’t finish reading but my friend told me that Katarina mentioned that she wants to be the queen to be able to help people more and fix the world around her because she realized that there is some stuff that cannot be fixed with her current power and statue.

In short, it seems like Jerald and Katarina want to become stronger and more likely will aim to be the queen and king to “fix the world” and prevent problems from happening ( to prevent the throne fight between his siblings, making peace like Katarina wish…) but no one knows for sure because we are just left with hints.

Jerald didn’t show up much in volume 9 ( first volume without Jeord ) and it was mainly dealing with a case from the ministry of magic including Maria, Sora and Katarina. 

I believe volume 10 will answer many questions we all have so let’s wait and see how stuff will develop. Geokata is absolutely advancing as the strongest ship in the series (at least in my opinion), I hope Katarina becomes smart enough to realize the people around her and their feelings.

Mini manga chapter included with Volume 8 

Hey there, of course! no worries (✿´‿`)

Oh boi this is going to be long. Volume 8 aka “Jeord 7/24 on fire” and “Nicol joining the your-love-is-a-dream club” volume. I already talked about spoilers on discord but here’s a summary.

In this volume a new guy showed up, the prince of China (not sure if that’s correctly translated in the Chinese copy but anyway), Caesar. Katarina met him while she was taking a nap outside and Katarina being Bakarina didn’t recognize that he’s a prince and mistook him for a servant. He doesn’t correct her and after some time together, as expected, he joined the harem.

By the second image, you mean the one with Nicol and Katarina? This one happened when Sophia brought Katarina to her Brother’s room. A lot happened but basically, Nicol wasn’t awake yet so Sophia being the matchmaker asked Katarina to wake her brother up. Nicol thinking it was a dream, bought Katarina’s face closer to him, and confessed his love. Katarina freaked out and fainted and as always forgot about the whole accident later. She only thought of it as a dream. 

Nicol woke up eventually and found Katarina, realizing what happened wasn’t a dream, he literally was like “Sophia what have you done”. Since it was improper for a lady to be in man’s room, nevertheless the third prince’s fiancee, the whole thing could cause many problems and social issues for everyone so they both agreed to hide the fact of that morning.

Fourth and fifth image:

Now, this is the real meat.

In short, there’s an international party held in the kingdom of Soliel ( where Katarina and everyone else lives ). Jeord, being a prince of the host kingdom, was with his fiancee Katarina, busy greeting and playing their role in general. On the third day ( dance day) Katarina got tired and Jeord noticed it so he offered her to go for some snacks and sweets, in which Katarina was very grateful and delightful to hear. Jeord was already anxious before the party because he knew bad stuff can happen during these international meetings as other countries weren’t as peaceful as Soliel so he was strict with Kata not leaving his side.

“Don’t do dangerous things, don’t cause strange incidents and try not to leave my sight.” He said with a very serious look at me. I rarely saw Jeord’s expression like this, I only nodded frequently. 

Tonight’s party gathered most of the royal family and the nobility to attend this meeting, who really is an incredible number ah.

Especially our Kingdom of Soleil, because of its richness and good public security, has brought together the most people in recent years. As the host of the king, Giordo, there are too many people who want to say hello to him. As his fiancee, I also dealt with these people with a smile beside him.

In fact, his assumption and worries aren’t even slightly wrong. Even after Jeord’s warning, when his gaze left her for a moment, she still went after Maria after she saw her ( Maria in cute maid outfit was spying on some Nobels running in the courtyard because someone was chasing her ). A lot happened, Maria got kidnaped, Katarina vanished form the party, Jeord going insane and angry for not finding her because of all the possibilities that can happen to her. ( shipped out fo the country where he or anyone else can’t reach her anymore, killed, etc..).

Eventually, it appeared that some Nobels were committing the crime of human (mainly children) trafficking in Soliel. Katarina trying to save Maria got caught up in the problem as well. As soon as the Nobel tried to hit Katarina, the door shattered and Jeord appeared. Keith ran toward his sister to put his jacket on her with tremble fingers. Jerald seeing the situation thinking that something bad happened, Katarina’s hair and dress being messy and torn off, he lost control over his emotions, turned into the cold prince and almost killed the man with his magic ( = committing literally 2 crimes: using magic and even against a Nobel). Only for Alan to soak him with water to calm him down and stop him. 

Faster than my voice, the flames in Jeord’s hands were burning more and more, when suddenly a large amount of water fell down, pouring out the flames.

“ Hey! calm down a little bit. You are too impulsive !! If you use magic on the nobles of other countries in this kind of place, it will cause a big disaster! ”

Alan said this, holding Jeordr’s arm. I’m afraid that Alan used the same magic to pour out the flames. Jeord, who was soaked in water, glanced at Alan with disobedient eyes.

Jerald now being even angrier, Alan explained that Katarina looked like this from tree climbing and breaking in and that nothing bad happened to Maria or Katarina. Jerald turns to Kata to confirm it, he notices that they are scared of him. In the end, So much stuff happened but then Nicole comes last and saves the day by hiding all the facts and cleaning the mess behind everyone.

Why Jerald was able to find Katarina? Caeser observing the worried prince in the castle, after seeing him in such a statue he told him about everything he knows. I personally like Caeser, he’s Bro materials. After knowing that Jeord’s Katarina’s fiancé ( Caeser didn’t even know Katarina was a Nobel, not to mention the third prince’s fiancée ) he doesn’t hesitate to help him find her. 

In the fourth image, where Jerald and Kata are greeting Caeser. That was after the incident ( after all is resolved and Jeord is back to himself after talking it out with Kata ) Jerald visited Kata earlier that day (informed her Caeser is actually a prince xD) telling her that she has to pretend not to know Caeser before and greet him in today’s ball as if they know each other for the first time. ( you can notice the unpleasant Jerald due to Caeser’s warning words that he still thinks about).

Towards the end, so much happened. Caeser’s opinion about Jerald being a ”naive” prince was interestingly expressed. I personally loved Jeord’s character development afterward in this volume. 

Nevertheless, that was the main context behind these illustrations. I hope it helps. ~(˘▾˘~)
